🌈 When do the doors open?
The festival doors open at 22:00 (10:00 PM) on both Friday, July 31 and Saturday, August 1.
Please note that no new visitors will be admitted after 05:00 (5:00 AM), so make sure you arrive well before then. The festival ends at 07:00 (7:00 AM) on both nights.
📍 How do I get to World Pride Music Festival?
AFAS Live is easy to reach by bike, public transport, or car.
- 🚆 Public transport: Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA Station is just a few minutes’ walk from the venue.
- 🚗 Car: Several parking garages are located around AFAS Live.
- 🚲 Bike: Plenty of bicycle parking is available nearby.

🚕 Can I take a taxi or rideshare?
Absolutely! Uber, Bolt, and regular taxis are widely available throughout Amsterdam.
Dedicated rideshare and taxi drop-off/pick-up areas are located around AFAS Live. Be sure to check your preferred rideshare app before heading to the festival.
🚗 Is parking available?
Yes! There are several parking garages surrounding AFAS Live. Parking rates vary by location.

🎟️ Which entrance should I use?
Please use the entrance listed on your ticket. Clear signage outside the venue will guide you to the correct entrance.
To make entry as smooth as possible:
- Download your ticket in advance or save it to your digital wallet.
- Make sure your phone is fully charged.
- A printed ticket is not required if you have the digital version on your phone.

Dutch Resident Tickets
Purchased a Dutch Resident Ticket? Please make sure you bring a valid Dutch government-issued ID with you.
Our team will verify that your ticket matches your Dutch ID upon entry. If you’re unable to present a valid matching Dutch ID, your ticket will be declared invalid and will not grant access to the festival.

💳 How can I pay?
AFAS Live is a fully cashless venue.
We accept:

Prefer to pay with cash? You can purchase an AFAS Live Paypass at the entrance.
🎒 Can I bring a bag?
Yes! Small bags are welcome as long as they are no larger than A4 size and approximately 10 cm (4 inches) thick (max. 30 × 20 cm).
Larger bags and backpacks are not permitted and must be stored in a locker.
🔐 Are lockers available?
Yes! Lockers are available at AFAS Live and can easily be opened and closed using your phone.

Ultra VIP Platinum Skybox and Ultra VIP Skybox ticket holders receive one complimentary locker. You’ll find instructions on how to claim your locker in the final information email before the event.
🔋 Can I charge my phone?
You can rent a power bank at several locations throughout AFAS Live. Current pricing is displayed at the power bank rental stations.
🧥 Where can I find the Lost & Found + Infodesk
Lost something? Visit the Information Desk during the event, and our team will be happy to assist you. Our Lost & Found + Infodesk can be found near the regular entrance / visitation area.
♿ Is the festival accessible?
Absolutely! World Pride Music Festival is committed to making the event accessible for everyone.
We provide:
- A dedicated accessible entrance and security lane.
- An accessible viewing platform for wheelchair users within Dreamland (Mainstage), companions, and other guests with accessibility needs.
- A dedicated service number located near the elevators. If you’re unable to use the stairs and would like to access the first or second floor, simply give us a call. One of our team members will assist you within approximately 10 minutes.
Please note that elevators cannot be used during a fire alarm or emergency evacuation. In those situations, the stairs must be used for everyone’s safety.

🥤 How does the recycling system work?
Upon entry, you’ll receive a Recycling Token from our team. Exchange your token at the bar for your first cup, can, or bottle. Whenever you order your next drink, simply return your empty cup, can, or bottle. If you don’t have one to return, a small recycling fee will be added to your next drink. 💚
Together, we can keep the festival clean, sustainable, and ready for everyone to enjoy 🌍🏳️🌈
🚭 Can I smoke or vape?
AFAS Live is a smoke-free venue, and smoking or vaping inside is not permitted inside the venue.
Need a smoke break? We’ve created a designated smoking area outside, near the Regular Entrance and security gates.
🛡️ Will there be security?
Yes. For everyone’s safety, all guests and bags will be screened upon entry. By entering the venue, you agree to these security checks.
🚫 What is the drug policy?
We operate a zero-tolerance policy regarding drugs.
Possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Police and security will be present throughout the event.

Please keep a close eye on your phone, wallet, and other valuables.

🔄 Can I leave and re-enter the festival?
No. Once you leave the festival, re-entry is not permitted.
💃 Are there other rules to take into account?
Yes! Help us keep World Pride Music Festival safe, welcoming, and full of positive vibes.
The following are not permitted:
- Moshing, crowd surfing, or stage diving
- Unauthorized selling or promotional activities
- Harassment, discrimination, or intimidating behavior
- Blocking dancefloors or walkways

What are the festival hours?
The festival will run from 10pm – 7am each night.

CAN I LEAVE THE FESTIVAL AND RETURN AT A LATER TIME?
There is no re-entry for this event. Your 2-Day combo pass will scan once per day.
Is there an age requirement to attend World Pride Festival 2025?
Yes, the festival is open to individuals aged 18 and above. Proof of age will be required for entry.
What do I need to bring to verify my age?
You will need to present a valid government-issued ID, such as a passport or driver’s license, at the entry points.
What can I do if I can no longer attend the event? (Refunds and Reseller Option)
We’re sorry to hear you can’t make it! As stated in our terms of purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
However, there’s an official resale option—if your ticket successfully resells, you’ll be refunded the original face value (refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after successful resale).
What is the bag policy at AFAS Live?
Please note that it is not allowed to bring backpacks and/or weekend bags inside during the event. Handbags are permitted as long as they are no larger than A4 size and no thicker than 10 cm. Searches may be conducted, and bags will be checked. The organisation will do everything possible to minimise wait times. We ask that you leave bags at home and appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Outside of AFAS Live, you will find Lockerpoint ArenAPoort P5. Here, you can rent a large locker for storing luggage such as backpacks, weekend bags, trolleys, helmets, or suitcases. The luggage lockers are always open until one hour after the event. WILL THIS SELL OUT?
Yes, this is a limited capacity venue. Presale tickets are in high demand, with three times as many pre-registrations as tickets available. Just like in New York and D.C., early tiers will sell out quickly.
HOW DOES THE LAYAWAY PAYMENT PLAN WORK?

Are Netherlands Local Tickets Available?
Limited €99 GA single-day tickets are reserved for Netherlands Residents. Tickets are first-come, first-served. A valid Netherlands ID is required upon entry. The ticket name must match the ID.
Are Resale Options Available?
We are offering an official resale option for ticket holders who can no longer attend. Please click the form here to request that your ticket(s) be listed for resale. Note that this does not guarantee the resale of your ticket(s).
Can I transfer my ticket to a friend?
Yes! Tickets will be delivered to your TIXR wallets 72 hours before the event. Once the tickets are delivered, the ticket transfer option becomes available.
What access does my ticket get me?
The 2-Day GA Ticket allows you admittance to AFAS Live for July 31st and August 1st.

Your 2-Day General Admission (GA) Pass grants you access to AFAS Live on July 31 and August 1, with performances across multiple stages, brand experiences, bars, and more.
IS THERE A VIP Ticket?
Yes, VIP tickets offer exclusive access to VIP areas, a premium VIP Lounge with relaxed seating, private bars, express lanes, and more.

Can Ultra VIP Access VIP?
Ultra VIP guests are allowed access to the general VIP area. Please note that in the event the VIP area reaches its limit, security may temporarily prioritize access or direct guests to meet on the main dance floor.
